Job Title of Opening: Loan Counselor
Under direct supervision of President participate in evaluation of applications for funding of real estate loans. Assist broker in gathering, evaluating and verifying data required to support loan application process and liaise between funding agency and borrowers (e.g. independent loan agents, pricing departments, underwriters) as required to evaluate and authorize funding. Assist borrowers as necessary to procure funding.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting and one year of experience.
Full Time Hours: 40
Scheduled Days: Monday - Friday
